Showtime 30/30

Our Showtime 30/30 class is the ultimate in nightclub style fitness and boxing!  30 minutes of pure boxing followed by 30 minutes of strength training.  These small groups are limited to 10 participants so each individual can get the attention and support they need.  This fast paced, dynamic training class will challenge you to become the best you've ever been!

Train like a boxer without being a boxer

All classes at Savage Fitness & Boxing are designed to give you the conditioning of a boxer, without ever getting hit.  This is a boxing fundamentals class combined with personal fitness training, not a boxing ring.

Class days and times are subject to change.  Please be sure to register using the MINDBODY app prior to coming to a class.  Classes begin on the hour each hour we are open.

Yoga For Boxers

Join our Yoga classes every Friday at 5:30pm!

Boxing, like any sport, requires a huge amount of skill, dedication, focus, and fitness. In that way, yoga can serve as a complimentary practice for any boxer.

All Savage Fitness & Boxing programs include basic nutritional guidance.

Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases, and promote your overall health.

 

Monthly check in

As part of your fitness plan, you will have the opportunity to meet with a nutrition expert each month at Savage.  You'll work with our expert to set goals, track your weight, and manage your diet.
